Know Him. Love Him. Delight in Him.

God is worthy of every word written here and every moment you spend seeking Him.

God orders steps — even the small ones that lead you here. This is a space for those with questions, quiet hunger, and a longing to know Him deeper. You are seen. You are loved.

You are Yahweh’s Delight.

Can you be Christian and Intellectual?

Somewhere along the way, many people absorbed the idea that serious thinkers eventually outgrow Christianity. You hear it in university classrooms, at dinner tables, on podcasts, and in internet arguments. The assumption is simple: if you are educated, rational, and brave enough to face reality, you will eventually leave faith behind.  Christianity, we are told,…

My Name is Mary. And I Have Been Looking For Jesus.

My name is Mary.

Mary of Magdala, they call me, to separate me from the others, because there are always others named Mary. It is that kind of name – common. Mary of Magdala, the one from the fishing town on the western shore of the lake.

You may have heard things about me.

I Was There. Let Me Tell You What Happened.

“And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, saw how he died, he said, ‘Surely this man was the Son of God.’” Mark 15:39 My name is Marcus. I am a Roman centurion, and I have supervised more executions than I can count. I have watched men beg. I have watched men…

What We Believe & Write From

Every word on this blog grows from these convictions. They are not opinions. They are anchors.

And Holiness Is the Goal

God is not merely good. He is holy – set apart, consuming, altogether unlike us. And His call to His people has never changed: “Be holy, because I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16).

This blog will never soften that call. Holiness is not a burden placed on the believer, it is the very shape of the life redeemed by Christ. We write to stir that hunger, to name what resists it, and to point every reader back to the God whose holiness is not a threat but an invitation.

So We Write

We write because we believe words matter. Because “faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ” (Romans 10:17). Because someone once read something in a quiet moment and their life turned. We do not write for platforms or numbers.

We write in obedience — trusting that God, who promised His Word would not return to Him empty (Isaiah 55:11), is able to use even these imperfect words to reach the hearts He already has His eye on.

Zephaniah 3:17

“The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”

Go slowly. God is here.
